When will I receive the email support I've subscribed to?
Our email support (Quit Tips) delivery schedule is as follows: Weekly leading up to your quit date, then daily, for two weeks before and after your quit date, and then once weekly for up to 8 months. After that you will receive milestone emails for up to 5 years after your quit date.
