Are the Features listed on my 'Community' page critical to staying quit? |

Our Community Features, like the Forums, Buddies, Q-Mail, etc, were built upon proven addiction-treatment principles. Our own research, as well as the U.S. Surgeon General's Report, demonstrates that the more often, and intensely, a new ex-smoker interacts with others WHO SHARE THE SAME ADDICTION, the more likely that person is to stay quit permanently. To borrow a phrase quoted by many of our successful members, "You get out of your quit what you put into it."
